Pair of fans 'extravagant' and 'bear play' in Vietnam

They spend billions of bucks to watch the World Cup, watch the sky plane hire South Africa, risked his life to see SEA Games but did not know foreign languages, gas flares, and then go around the country to see his favorite team ...
What the "strange" on the two fans are attached to as the "goose" and "under play" of the Vietnam Football: Complete "say" and the morning "Cu Chi".

Van Tran Hoan Hoan aka "say" Complete "flares" or complete "picture of Uncle" is a famous businessman in the land of Hai Phong Port. But for those who love football, he was known to love football to the passionate, sometimes called a "fan" heavy. In him there is nothing greater than love for football. Complete nickname "say" is so. A love the adventure, sometimes "crazy" with football, to forget all personal happiness when the time he is unmarried, despite more than 40 years.

Complete a "say" is the name that is offensive for the organizers of the field, especially in Haiphong by screen burn flares. But in a different perspective, he has a love to the "extreme" for the team in Vietnam. Since Vietnam view team won the silver medal in SEA Games 18 in 1995, Complete "say" has not missed any games of any team. In the pages to promote his plate always has a large portrait of Uncle images, and any flight during which he always keep neighborhoods for fear of breaking portrait plate. As he says: "For me football is just to show love is both rights and obligations of each citizen. Plate portrait of Uncle Ho as a reminder for myself and the players on the national spirit, inspire pride in every human being in Vietnam. It is the source of power, of love football ... "

Complete "say" is best known from a memorable event at the SEA Games 23 in 2005. At the SEA Games semi-final that year, met U23 Malaysia U23 Vietnam in Bacolod, Philippines. Then, U23 Vietnam was ahead, then quickly equalized. Too excited, Complete "say" A jump from the stands up straight row has dozens of honorary guests from Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and then "non-" straight down from above the pitch to celebrate. Philippine security forces when it mistook the object of terrorism immediately surround and almost had him eating a little more ammunition.

Only when the complete "say" Lom com holding up portrait of Uncle Ho held up and pointed to the gold-starred red flag shirt you're wearing, they knew it was a passionate fan Vietnam. Well, when "love" people were prepared to forget everything, despite the dangers to come to love her.
Complete "say" have a mind of your very soul to see football and are willing to go along with his passion is Pham Van Sang, also known as the Morning "Cu Chi". The two knew each other from the SEA Games 23 and has since become an indispensable pair identical at any major football event of the world.

There is a story has become an "anecdote" is interesting to go see them together last year's World Cup 2010. Often going abroad, foreign money, they must vibrate at work ... which language, English is fundamental to be able to communicate and exchange information with a local. But the morning "Cu Chi" admitted an English word bites sometimes do not know, but still cavalier backpack turned up the road. Complete "say" What is also not much better, almost oblivious of the language.

When to go to South Africa, unable to communicate with local residents so they take a lot of disadvantages, from the travel, stay for the airport to buy tickets. In the first four days in South Africa, they were in a hotel to have cost up to $ 2,500 / night, but did not know how to find a cheaper place. Then, thanks to some overseas experience of Vietnam in South Africa they are new to staying at the Consulate General of Vietnam in South Africa in the last days with lower costs several times.
In his spare time waiting to see the matches, the morning "Cu Chi" went invite you to visit some interesting attractions of South Africa. But the "goose" is that they hired a private plane in a few hours to see South Africa from the sky. This alone makes the two passionate fans nearly $ 5,000. As always the fare is about 10 days during their stay in South Africa, Complete "say" and the morning "Cu Chi" to take each of the several hundred million.

In July last, if applying for a visa in Argentina, the two who were on the road to see Copa America. They expected to see some Euro and World Cup in the future.

Maybe those who are seen as much money playing extravagant but it is important that their love for football never to Vietnam. In their hearts, just team rocks or stones are beautiful stone anywhere though they did not control for remote roads to cheer. It is very precious feelings.
As the AFF Cup 2008 round, the venue make Phuket, met at Bangkok airport can not operate due to protests, the Vietnam most fans can not get to cheer for training. At that time, the morning "Cu Chi" along with six others have sought to road from Cambodia to Bangkok, then plans to continue to ride to Phuket. It may just arrive Bangkok airports resumed, helping teams to Phuket in time cheering for the team. At that time, seven people are the only fans Vietnam has been in Phuket ...

At the upcoming 26th SEA Games, the Complete "say" and the morning "Cu Chi" will join the friends, brothers go cheer for Vietnam U23 team during the tournament. Very happy with them simply to witness the team win with tenacious fighting spirit. Vietnam football to the fans "love" like that ... the truth.

Vietnam Wushu "Gold Mine" at the hands of new workers

Change the mirror and the transfer of generation is about wushu overview Vietnam ahead of SEA Games 26.
The changes that fundamentally disturbing to certain Vietnam wushu. However, with determination and in particular has always been traditionally viewed as a "gold mine", wushu Vietnam is still a subject that Vietnam sport (TTVN) set high expectations ...
Transfer generation
Can confirm now that, at the recent SEA Games, Vietnam has been booming wushu and exceeding targets for medals. So, just before each SEA Games, wushu is always referred to as the "gold mine" of the sport in Vietnam. At the 25th SEA Games held in Laos, wushu department won seven golds, six silvers and one bronze medal, thereby contributing much to the overall achievement of the Union TTVN. However, it was after the SEA Games, Vietnam wushu signs of slowdown, especially in taolu content.
Explaining this reason, the Head of Department wushu Vietnam, Mr. Le Minh Ha said that due to the large pillar to find another turn or not retain the top level. Typically, athletes Vu Tra My (strength of the right content, and for training sword) broke up the team. Two other faces Vu Pham Mai Phuong Thuy Linh and is not held steady due to injury. Mr. Le Minh Ha frankly admitted: "Wushu Vietnam is in the transitional generation. This is an important time and we are determined to start over, create a basic platform. "
Step from the SEA Games 26
At the 26th SEA Games, Vietnam wushu difficulty determined by objective reasons and subjective. According to Mr. Le Minh Ha, wushu proximate forces at this time is quite thin. Besides, after years of wushu overshadowed Vietnam, other countries such as Malaysia and Singapore have strong investment for the sport. They also do not hesitate to become a citizen of the ethnic Chinese athletes - where the training is considered one of the world wushu, with the desire to rise to No. 1 in Southeast Asia. This was not at the SEA Games 26, the host country Indonesia removed some content which is the strength of Vietnam. However, not so that wushu Vietnam faltered. "We received great support from the General Department of Sport and exercise conducted earlier this year. The athletes were sent to China for long-term training. With such preparation, I believe wushu Vietnam will perform well and achieved success in the upcoming SEA Games. This will be a stepping stone to help Vietnam develop wushu strong and sustainable, "said Le Minh Ha optimistic identified.

Scores of participants through the upcoming SEA Games, Vietnam wushu is easy to see the presence of a typical face like two boxers won the Asian Games runner 16 and Phan Nguyen Thi Bich Van Hau. Besides, Tan Thi Ly (HCV SEA Games 25), Nguyen Minh Thong (bronze medal in Asian Games 16) or Tran Van Kien (HCV SEA Games 25) are promising faces. Recently, at the world prize wushu in 2011, Vietnam delegation also obtained positive achievements with silver plate of Nguyen Manh Quyen (male cone technology) and a bronze medal by Nguyen Mai Phuong (usually female art).

With careful preparation, and best of efforts to overcome difficulties, we have wushu Vietnam hopes to continue promoting the tradition as in the previous SEA Games, and beyond 4 HCV targets as outlined. On 15/11 to Tel wushu Vietnam will officially travel to Jakarta (Indonisia) to compete.

King eyes new Spurs deal

Defender Ledley King is determined to earn a new contract at Tottenham Hotspur.
The 30-year-old is Spurs' longest serving player having come through the youth ranks at White Hart Lane but his contract is up at the end of the season.
And after managing just six matches last term, King has been warned by Harry Redknapp that he must play three times that many this term if he is to stay with the club.
King admits he needs to play more, but is confident he can achieve that and can't see himself playing for any other club.He said: "This is my biggest season at Spurs yet. It is the first time I have been in a situation like this - when my contract is up. So it is a big season."I have to prove I am still worth it. I can't see myself pulling on a shirt for anybody else at this stage of my career - although a player can never say never. "At the end of the day, I just want to stay fit and if I can play, let's see what position that puts me in at the end of the season."It is down to me to play the games. If I don't play enough games, it is a difficult position.

"We will see what the situation is when all is said and done. If I get to 20 [matches], I am not going to stop! I will keep playing as many as I can.

"At the moment I am just trying to bed in, get a bit of fitness and hopefully not get any niggles. If I can do that, I can get stronger and keep playing."

King admits it can be frustrating for him to spend most of his time in the gym and pool preparing for a match.

messed up

"I have to work in the gym to keep everything strong and spend time in the swimming pool. It is only that I don't get on the field," he said.

"Harry sees me on the field just the day before the game, which is why he says I do nothing.

"But the manager gives me a lot of confidence. He believes in me and it is nice that, if I can get myself right and keep myself fit, he still gives me the opportunity to go out and play. Some managers wouldn't, so I am grateful he stuck by me.

"It is only three games at the moment, so I have got to keep working hard and stay fit for the rest of the season.

"Last season I had a groin problem and have worked hard over the summer to get that right.

"Then I came back feeling good about the groin and the knee needed a bit of a clean-up again. That messed up my pre-season and obviously knocked me back.

"I was hoping to get a proper pre-season in this year, but that didn't happen, so I have had to build back up again. Hopefully it is behind me now."

On Friday 30th September at 12:30pm (BST), Ledley King will be answering fans questions live on the Barclays Football Facebook page.

Just two days before Spurs face North London rivals Arsenal at White Hart Lane, King will appear before fans to give his opinions on the match and the 2011 /12 Barclays Premier League so far.

The best questions will be put to King on the day, giving fans the chance to interact live with a Barclays Premier League player.www.facebook.com/barclaysfootball

Vietnam fans cheer rent four special teams U23

There will be four special flights carrying a special fans cheering from Vietnam to Indonesia Vietnam U23 team, if the pupils of coach falko Goetz made the finals.
This is the idea of the Vietnam Football fans. According to Tran Song Hai, Vice Chairman of Vietnam fans, this will just reduce costs for fans of football fans, has been a large number of fans as possible to the players to train on grandstand.
Index prices

Currently, Mr. Hai was negotiating with airlines to get the most reasonable prices to attract fans to cheer Indonesia. The most reasonable plan that he and the members are calculated will be combined with a travel company to work smoothly organized. Besides, the fans Vietnam is negotiating with national airlines Vietnam-Vietnam Airlines leased four special "largest" to transport fans from Vietnam to Indonesia.

It is expected, on 19/11, if present in Vietnam U23 semi-finals, Vietnam Airlines held two special flights starting in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will be on the same day. Similarly, if the coach Goetz falko in finals, will have two special trip otherwise, on the day on Friday 21/11.

If things happen, there would be less favorable than 1000 fans most Vietnam to Indonesia to train the players U23 Vietnam in the final days of competition. That would be a great encouragement to the players so they can realize the dream of 26th SEA Games champion.

To fire the remote

At the start, fans are expected to use Vietnam Navy ship from Haiphong and Danang to Saigon to bring fans to Indonesia to support football. But by the time schedule and the draw of playing football this plan change should not be done. At the upcoming SEA Games, due to be held in two cities quite far apart and difficult to move so long as the fans in Thailand in 2007 and Laos in 2009 is not feasible.

In addition, living expenses, travel is expensive, so the number of fans from Vietnam to Indonesia remains more or less difficult to say. But fans of the opinion that Vietnam will actively communicate with the organizers and union activities tied to TTVN everything is controlled in a better way.
If the fans do not have opportunity to see Vietnam U23 tournament, the Vietnam Association fans will coordinate with other media companies, such as VFM event held two large fans to place a large screen placed in Hoa Lu Stadium (Vietnam) and Vo (Hanoi). In the shareholders meeting, which will be the interaction between the fans, along with experts and former players of Vietnam. It is expected that this activity will start to happen when Vietnam invaded U23 first round encounter at U23 Philippines.

Philippines up to 90% U23 players citizenship

At the upcoming SEA Games, Philippines in Group B U23 with U23 Vietnam, Myanmar, East Timor, Laos and Brunei. Looking at the force of the teams, U23 Philippines is considered one of the two strongest teams in the U23 table with Vietnam. However, their coach, Dan Palami very cautiously, he said: "It appears we are in a favorable match table, but that is not our reason for complacency. The team needs to work hard to express the highest level since the first round. "
U23 Team of the Philippines to the SEA Games this year have an average age of 19-20 years. Of which 90% are players citizenship, including some national players played very successfully in the AFF Suzuki Cup last year.

U23 captain of the Philippines is Matthew Harmann: This is the winger 22 years of age. He was born in Southampton, England and had a hand in the team's first Premier League club Portsmouth in the 2006-2007 season. He then promoted through a series lang class as the British team before deciding to return home to play for Loyola Agila team in September last
Pillar of the team's players like Matthew Hartmann (former Portsmouth, England) and midfielder Simon Greatwich trio (CLB Hartwick College, USA), Jason de Jong (CLB Dordrecht, Netherlands Grade 2) and Manny Ott (club FC Ingolstadt 04 II, Germany). Besides, in the hands of Coach Dan Palami also have a series of new names as brilliant goalkeeper Roland Muller (club MSV Duisburg, Germany), defender Carli de Murga (Racing Club Portuense, Spain), the midfielder Patrick Hinrichsen (II club SV Darmstadt 98, Germany), Mark Drinkuth (club DJK Agon 08 Dusseldorf, Germany), Jeff Christiaens (CLB Torhout, Belgium) ...

The objective of the Philippines at the SEA Games U23 this time reached the semi-finals and strive to have a medal. In preparation for the SEA Games, the Azkals (nickname of the team) attended the first Long Teng Cup last October in Taiwan with the participation of four teams in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and No. 2. After that, they also attended two friendly matches before Singapore (lost 0-2 on 7 / 10) and Nepal (won 4-0 on 11/10).

Currently, U23 Philippines are training at Gotemba in Japan and will compete with a team of Japanese universities from 23 to 31/10 to complete the final preparations. They will return to Manila on 31/10 before moving through Jakarta at a later date. First match of the Philippines at the SEA Games U23 is U23 match against Vietnam on 3 / 11. Vietnam ready for SEA Games 26

Football has reported a conversation with Mr. Lam Quang Thanh - Deputy Director General Department of Sport, TTVN chief in SEA Games 26.
Only about three weeks, the SEA Games 26 competition will start the first subject is football. Time is running out, and preparations had to pen speed stage.
Reporter: By this time, preparations for the 26th SEA Games sports delegation to Vietnam have conducted what, sir?
Deputy Director General Lam Quang Thanh Sports: From 10.04.2011, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism has decided to sign up 42 of the 36 team sport, which has followed the 9 subjects of socialization, with a total of 857 members, of which 602 players attended the SEA Games 26. Currently, the preparation of sports delegations, Vietnam is the sprint stage, many teams are currently training overseas and plans to close the meeting will fly to Indonesia to play are not water . Preparatory work to this point very well, and can affirm Vietnam's sports delegation is ready for SEA Games 26.

As a chief, he can tell the strength of Vietnam's sports in SEA Games this time focusing on any subject?
- 42 teams in our presence at this conference, with 26 teams most likely to win gold medals, including football. However, because many sport being cut BTC is the content of our strengths, so I predict we will win about 70 golds, which focused on athletics, shooting, taekwondo, karate, wushu, diving ... With 70 gold targets in this conference, I hope that Vietnam's sports delegation remains in top 3 ranking in the SEA Games.
Sports teams are entering Vietnam preparation for the SEA Games sprint

We can stand in the top three SEA Games, but players do not have official Olympic tickets to the 2012 winner. What do you think about this?
- Currently, we still face some expectations in the Olympic and subject-specific focus. But the fact is we still are and there are no specific plans to prepare for the big congresses world-class Olympic. The medal competition at the Olympic arena is fierce because it focuses on all the face of the world's leading sports, but we are still at the SEA Games record taken as a measure for the Olympics, it is difficult hope. In fact, the Olympic Games is still too high for our athletes.

So we will have a drastic change in the future for Vietnam's sport reach world-class?
- Of an Olympic cycle is four years, but the preparation for a conference such cycle lasted nearly eight years, and must focus specific to the particular strategy, but we have not yet done it. Recently, the sport has a development plan and planning the sport to Vietnam in 2020 with the specific plan for each specific arena in the future. If this is true, Vietnam hopes sports will have better performance.

SEA GAMES 26: By Indo, go - at all difficult

Each team member as well as the media TTVN will surely encounter difficulties on the way to the land of thousand islands.
Only 20 more days, SEA Games 26 will officially kicks off in Indonesia. But to complete the tasks set out, each team member as well as the media TTVN will surely encounter difficulties on the way to the land of thousand islands.

ROAD TO JAKARTA hardship, Palembang
Now, move it's quite a headache for TTVN Group. From Hanoi, can only fly to Singapore and then connect flight to Jakarta. But in Vietnam it is easier to have direct flights to Jakarta's AirAsia (www.airasia.com).

However, the most difficult stage is from Jakarta to Palembang, the official host venue. Indonesia has two domestic airline flights from Jakarta to Palembang is Garuda and LionAir. Ticket prices set at the time of Garuda (http://www.garuda-indonesia.com) for days to 9 / 11 and 23/11 is the date on more than 1.5 million Rupiah (3.75 million - at a rate equivalent to 2.5 copper Rupiah). As for cheap airline LionAir (http://www2.lionair.co.id), where the shortage is going well. Promotional price for return journey Jakarta - Palembang (about 1 hour flight) is still applicable cost nearly 1 million Rupiah (2.5 million).
If not moved by air, road travel can account for nearly a whole day with ferries, car very hard. To overcome this situation, the General Department of Sports is proposing to mobilize a Vietnam Airlines flight from Hanoi to Palembang on the opening day of the 26th SEA Games (11/11).

FIND DIFFICULT to reside
Currently, reservations for members of other delegations also TTVN troubled by the athletes village in Palembang only accommodate about 2,000 people. These individuals may not be considered in the athletes village will be hired at the hotel. However, even renting hotel is not easy when the number of qualified hotel in Palembang serve no more. BTC had to hire two ships of the Indonesian military to make accommodation for the team. Reportedly, only 12 phone such as athletics, swimming, petanque, weightlifting ... Vietnam was in the athletes village.
According to BTC list of offers, the media are classified in at Sheraton Media Hotel in Jakarta. Current listing price is lowest and the highest is 128 USD 298 USD / night.
Also in Palembang, BTC arranged for the media in the hotel's Horizon. However, the shortage of rooms is increased so that all requests for reservations should be made soon.

DIFFICULTIES WITH OUR
Concern is traffic congestion in Jakarta. To reduce traffic accidents, students and students in Jakarta will be off school for 5 days. Meanwhile, bad weather in Palembang is one of the most disturbing. According to weather forecasts, current temperatures around 24 degrees C in Palembang, but often with thunder and rain (floods often occur this time of year). And in Jakarta more stable with temperature around 30 degrees C. In addition to the above problem, Jakarta also face security situation. As a tourist country, Bali is an island country's most popular island and had a few thousand terrorist attacks here. However, security will not be worrying that the BTC will be combined with national police mobilized nearly 10,000 police on duty at the congress.

THINGS TO NOTE IN INDONESIA
As Wednesday populous country in the world with more than 245 million people, Indonesia has large Muslim community in the world. The strict Islamic world is also the problem that the members of the media TTVN and Vietnam should pay attention.

Do not shake hands active woman, two others in that private parties to avoid being misunderstood, not drinking alcohol in public places, not just point, comments on how to dress, speak of the Islamic teachers, not invite Muslims to eat pork and other food related ...

DID YOU KNOW?
Indonesia topped the overall most
The host Indonesia three times each sports organization in Southeast Asia in 1979 (the 10th SEA Games), 1987 (14), 1997 (19). All 3 times it will be hosted in the capital Jakarta. SEA Games 26 is the 4th country to host stand, but the city held a meeting to Palembang.

In addition, in 26 congresses, Indonesia was the top overall with nine times more in the SEA Games in 1977 was ninth with 62 golds, 41 silver and 34 bronze medals; SEA Games 10-1979 (92V, 78B , 51D); SEA Games 11-1981 (85V, 73B, 56D); SEA Games 12-1983 (64V, 67B, 55D); SEA Games 14-1987 (185V, 136B, 84D); SEA Games 15-1989 (103V , 77B, 71D); SEA Games 16-1991 (92V, 86B, 67D); SEA Games 17-1993 (88V, 81B, 84D); SEA Games 19-1997 (194V, 101B, 115D).

Real strange at SEA Games

Easy to find, BTC SEA Games 26 had a few good decisions, more harm and upset a lot of related arrays.
According to the latest report of SEA Games 26 BTC sent to Vietnam Television, schedule in football men will be adjusted, accordingly, Battle encounter U23 Brunei U23 Vietnam will be held on 8.00 am on 11 / 11, instead of 19:00 the same day. Decision unprecedented in the history of SEA Games and the very rare occurrence in the football world instantly cause discomfort for the players and the NHM.

The reason given is that the organizers do not want any sporting event happening right opening ceremony of SEA Games 26. This is true by opening and closing in any tournaments are magnificent art program should be the host to "breeze" with friends in the region and continent. However, instead of scheduling another direction, BTC SEA Games 26 to adjust the schedule of football men to 8:00 am - that never happens in this arena.

After the news, captain Tel U23VN Thanh Luong said: "I never heard an official league game again at 8:00. This is unscientific and circadian rhythms by overturn in the morning, your body more tired, not ready for heavy work. " Regarding time, both teams will be awakened at 4:00 am, eat and then move on the game field is defined by two hours before the game, the team must be present, as the registration process. With the reversal in activity and disadvantages in terms of time, the player will not play with all its capabilities, making the quality of the match certainly diminished.

Transfer V-League: The food is not all, who was not a

While teams such as KH or K. TDCS.DT still have to "tie shrimp fattening" the SG.XT, BD B. ... are bringing pressure to create a crisis of excess stars, with the dimensional contemporary artists in recent times.

It is easy to see the imbalance in the balance of the transfer of U.S. clubs. And it shows that the money race between the teams (such as club chairman said Le Tien Anh K. KH) is stops.

Sea dragons, tigers in the forest

B. BD inherently strong, even stronger now, with the appearance of names like Dinh Hoang La, Nguyen Hoang Helio, Vietnamese Nguyen Thang ..., all the money rate contract. That's not to mention the increase Tuan Quang Vinh, The Huy, Tung Tuan, Minh Duc has also been enhanced for next season. Meanwhile, SG.XT with Antonio Rogerio Nguyen, Dang Van Robert brought new ... as if they sprout wings. Many of the "Manchester City simulation" in the highest league in the S-shaped.

If Philani (center) was in court as a civil war in the 2012 season, B. BD will have considerable power. Photo: etc.

In the plan, Antonio will be U.S. citizen, a citizen when the mechanism is still open to all. And if the Brazilian players citizenship to succeed, SG.XT be played with at least 6 "West" in the starting lineup next season (before, they had Huynh Kesley Alves and Nguyen Rogerio). After HA.GL (2002) and HN.T & T (2009-2010), will again be SG.XT recruits candidates for the championship, as a matter of course-probably-certainly-accidental. Will never have to worry about a crisis of excess, when the team is being run concurrently with his Chief executive broker.

It can be seen, the biggest rival (in theory) capable of competing with the main SG.XT B. BD and vice versa. The ground team after they have Helio and Nguyen Hoang Dinh Hoang La, they are also very active completing the final procedures for the following year Philani able to play as a domestic player. For the first time after three seasons, the team of election Show (SHB.DN and HN.T & T) was inferior, at least in the stage of transfer, recruiting talented and ambitious upgrade. So it is necessary to mention the rest again?!

Champion will speak only what?

V-League in 2011, along with some excellent foreign soldiers, of Dong Tam was crowned football persuaded by rich Indians. In the history of 11 years V-League championship teams of Nghe An is more convincing, because it brought both regional pride and heritage and the role-the voice of youth training system ( even the title of the Port of Saigon in 2002, the predecessor of TMN.CSG and City Club, is not like that). Itself to neutralize the HN.T & T also acknowledged that, after the "final" Vinh Stadium.

With progress on the transfer market at present, once again, people do ask questions, champions league next year will be the one?! Not the Dong Tam Long, will hardly be a name that northern football, when both V. NB, Hanoi Football Club (merged from HP.HN and HN.ACB) and HP are no prove V. the ready. Forward to the start of the excavations as SHB.DN former King, HA.GL HN.T & T or much less, by the austerity policies of the mechanics who take, how costly season.

Through the prism and the assignment of preparing a frugal, B. BD has been expected as a top candidate for the championship. Of course, the team's ambition to become Prime land base than if they were brought in coach Henrique Calisto. Showing the 2 B. BD is naturally represented City, N. SG and SG.XT. With that, the remaining side, the KH K., Thanh Hoa, TDCS.DT, Hai Phong, Kien Giang K. or rookie will be the first name for the relegation battle for power. Time will answer satisfactorily.

Falko coach Goetz: I've got the team to SEA Games

VFF Cup 2011 ended, U23 team to Indonesia to prepare for the race at SEA Games 23. After the tournament, Mr. Goetz will finalize the list of 20 players with 3 goalie to put troops on the Ho Chi Minh train hit the road until the SEA Games.

"The match against Uzbekistan, I told the players that go on promoting the best and in fact, the players have done it in this match. The strength of Vietnam Tel U23 located in the observance of discipline strategies, and collective fighting spirit. However, the players need to improve the mental game. In this battle, Vietnam Tel U23 has to match the spirit of desire to win, a positive move in the dispute, but the observance of discipline in this game is not good. In the 2nd half played, the players have also created many scoring opportunities. After this tournament, we have drawn a lot of experience in preparation for the SEA Games, "Mr. Goetz spoke about the personal experience gained in the match against Malaysia and the whole solution.

Preparing for the SEA Games is the main purpose of falko Goetz coach and the players: "I do not think the players physical problems. In a game many collisions, many of mixed antagonists like fighting this battle, Tel U23 players worked hard and tried. Besides, we need to play more at fault, there are many mistakes need to edit. With the goal to win at the SEA Games, Vietnam Tel U23 has 8 weeks of training very hard and we will make the most of the remaining time to have the best preparation before heading to Indonesia. "

Besides the physical story, Mr. Goetz has said that definitely was not too big problem: "I do not think the problem in Tel U23 stage finish, we've scored 7 goals in 3 matches. However, the problem definitely needs to improve further, the players need to have more psychological confidence. Problem definitely also depends on the player through each battle, such as Trong Hoang, the game today, he had a very nice goal. "

It is particularly falko Goetz coach revealed that he had been shaped in part for the SEA Games squad and coach engaged in "core" list very soon: "I had basically the players best for a team competing in the SEA Games, but I can not disclose this to the press. After this tournament, I will have talks with the players not on the list to continue training with U23 Vietnam Tel. I will focus on a list of 20 players and three goalkeepers training in Ho Chi Minh City in preparation for the SEA Games. "

Thus, there will be three players were eliminated from the list after this tournament, U23 Training will include 23 players and will only have 20 players still stayed in the final list to be on the road with his SEA Games 26 falko Goetz.

Swansea v Stoke preview

Stoke boss Tony Pulis will hope he does not have further reason for complaint when he takes his side to take on a make-shift Swansea in the Premier League on Sunday.

In a debut European campaign, the Britannia Stadium boss has already become familiar with the age-old grumble of clubs who have the misfortune of playing away from home after midweek commitments.

Pulis aired his frustration ahead of Thursday night's Europa League victory over Besiktas about what will eventually be a scenario of eight domestic away games following continental matches.

And the Stoke manager will have further weight for his argument if his side were to suffer defeat against Brendan Rodgers' Swansea at the Liberty Stadium.

The game has in some sections been billed as a beauty and the beast contest when comparing Swansea's attractive, passing football to the supposedly direct style favoured by Pulis' 2010/11 FA Cup finalists.

But Rodgers has played down the suggestions and is well aware of the threat Stoke will provide against his team, who have yet to lose at home in the Premier League since last season's Championship play-off final win.
Complaint

Midfielder Leon Britton is a fitness concern for Rodgers, as he is still struggling with the back complaint that saw him withdrawn early against Chelsea last weekend.

Striker Danny Graham could come back into the starting line-up in place of Leroy Lita, but midfielder Ferrie Bodde is set to undergo yet another operation in the latest setback to his recovery from a series of knee injuries.

Garry Monk and Ashley Williams are again the only fit centre-halves, with Alan Tate (broken leg), Steven Caulker (knee) and midfielder Kemy Agustien (hamstring) all sidelined.

Stoke winger Matthew Etherington will undergo a fitness test after he limped out of the 2-1 Europa League Group E victory over Besiktas due to a dead leg.

Defender Jonathan Woodgate is available again, having missed that game because he is not part of Stoke's squad for Europe, and the rested Asmir Begovic is set to return in goal in place Thomas Sorensen.

Salif Diao (fractured cheekbone) is another injury doubt, while Kenwyne Jones (hamstring) is not expected to make his comeback until after the international break.

Possible starting XIs

Swansea: Vorm, Rangel, Monk, Williams, Taylor, Britton, Gower, Allen, Dyer, Lita, Sinclair.

Stoke: Begovic, Huth, Upson, Shawcross, Shotton, Delap, Whitehead, Palacios, Pennant, Crouch, Jerome.

Tottenham v Arsenal preview

North London bragging rights will be at stake on Sunday afternoon as Tottenham welcome neighbours Arsenal to White Hart Lane for what promises to be a pulsating encounter.

The two sides have played out some cracking games over the years and particularly in recent times, with April's breathtaking 3-3 draw still fresh in the memory.

It was a difficult summer for both clubs as transfer speculation regarding key players dominated the headlines, and the uncertainty spread onto the pitch at the start of the 2011-12 campaign.

However, while Arsenal remain under severe pressure, there have been far more encouraging signs coming out of Spurs over the past few weeks and there is a growing feeling this could be the season they finally overhaul the Gunners.

Tottenham's form began to turn around after the window slammed shut, with Luka Modric still at the club despite wanting to leave and Emmanuel Adebayor and Scott Parker arriving to strengthen key areas in Harry Redknapp's starting XI.

Having suffered heavy defeats to Manchester United and Manchester City in their opening two games, Spurs have bounced back with three wins in a row to stay in touch with the leading pack and raise hopes about a return to the top four.
They missed out on UEFA Champions League qualification last term and had to settle for a spot in the Europa League, when Redknapp has opted to make wholesale changes to his team and rest senior players.

He will therefore revert to his first-choice line-up for the visit of Arsenal after having to come from behind to beat Shamrock Rovers on Thursday night, meaning Adebayor is in line to face his former club.

William Gallas will not have the chance to take on the Gunners after suffering a fresh calf injury this week, while Michael Dawson (Achilles) and Tom Huddlestone (ankle) are also out.

Steven Pienaar is available to play his first game of the season after overcoming a groin problem, while Aaron Lennon will require a fitness test after coming off against Shamrock with a stiff groin.
Arsenal news

Arsenal are two points and seven places behind their capital rivals, having also played a game more, going into Sunday's eagerly-anticipated fixture.

Arsene Wenger has had one of his less stressful weeks so far this season, though, having followed up a Premier League victory over Bolton with a win against Olympiakos in the UEFA Champions League and received support from club owner Stan Kroenke.

His position could soon come under the microscope again if the Gunners lose to Tottenham, and with the derby in mind Wenger decided to rest several players himself for the midweek European fixture.

The likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Andre Santos pushed their claims for inclusion this weekend by scoring against the Greeks and performing well, but it is likely there will be wholesale changes.

Robin van Persie and Aaron Ramsey are among those set to earn recalls after starting on the bench in the Champions League, while Wenger will be hoping to welcome back a number of other influential players.

Theo Walcott, Laurent Koscielny and Gervinho were all ruled out of the 2-1 win over Olympiakos and will be assessed closer to kick-off.

Yossi Benayoun and Sebastien Squillaci are back in training but unlikely to be involved, while Johan Djourou, Thomas Vermaelen and Abou Diaby remain sidelined.

Jack Wilshere is another long-term absentee after it emerged this week he may be out of action for up to five months following ankle surgery.

Possible starting XIs

Tottenham: Friedel, Walker, Kaboul, King, Assou-Ekotto, Van der Vaart, Modric, Parker, Bale, Adebayor, Defoe.

Arsenal: Szczesny, Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Gibbs, Ramsey, Song, Arteta, Walcott, Gervinho, Van Persie.

Fulham v QPR preview

Fulham host West London rivals Queens Park Rangers for the first time in over ten years this Sunday.

The last derby involving the two clubs was in the old Division One during the 1990/91 season, when the Cottagers were 2-0 winners on both occasions.

And, despite their lack of Premier League experience in recent years, QPR have made a better start to the campaign than their near-neighbours.

Rangers are seven places and four points above Fulham in the table and will take confidence from two away wins in three trips this season.

Last weekend's dramatic draw with Aston Villa took their unbeaten run to three games and they have not lost since Joey Barton and Shaun Wright-Phillips arrived at the club.

Fulham are still searching for their first league win under Martin Jol but the Cottagers have proven to be difficult to beat, earning four draws in their six top flight games.

Their Europa League form has been more encouraging and Thursday night's 2-0 win over Odense has taken them to second in their group.

Fulham have already played 17 competitive games this season, compared to QPR who have been involved in just seven matches.

Striker Andrew Johnson has returned to goalscoring form, after his brace in Denmark on Thursday took his tally for the season to six.
Team news

After missing the trip to Scandinavia, Bobby Zamora is expected to be back in the squad for the visit of QPR.

Zamora, along with Moussa Dembele, has been missing due to an illness and remained in London during the week.

Jol is still without long-term absentee Simon Davies but Aaron Hughes may be involved despite a recent knee problem.

For the visitors, striker DJ Campbell could be in line for a recall to the first team after coming on just after the hour mark in last weekend's draw with Villa.

Danny Gabbidon, injured against Wolves a fortnight ago, may return to the side after being absent due to a knee complaint.

Kieron Dyer (foot) and Rob Hulse (knee) continue to miss out for Neil Warnock's team and Armand Traore is suspended following his red card against Aston Villa.

Possible starting XIs

Fulham: Schwarzer, Kelly, Hangeland, Hughes, Riise, Duff, Murphy, Etuhu, Dempsey, Johnson, Zamora.

QPR: Kenny, Young, Ferdinand, Gabbidon, Connolly, Wright-Phillips, Barton, Derry, Faurlin, Taarabt, Bothroyd.

Bolton v Chelsea preview

Bolton host Chelsea at the Reebok Stadium on Sunday aiming to halt a miserable run of form.

Owen Coyle's side have suffered five successive league losses since their opening day win at QPR to slump to the foot of the top flight table.

But history is against the Trotters as opponents Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 15 Premier League games against Bolton (winning 12 and drawing three) with the Blues winning the last six in a row and not conceding in the last four.

Andre Villas-Boas' side go into this clash on the back of a three-match unbeaten run since their 3-1 defeat at Manchester United.

The Blues beat Fulham on penalties in the Carling Cup, defeated Swansea 4-1 in the Premier League and then earned a creditable 1-1 draw in Valencia in their midweek UEFA Champions League tie.
Team news

Bolton boss Coyle faces further selection issues ahead of his side's clash with the Blues.

Coyle is already without a number of long-term injured, with the casualty list compounded this week when it was announced midfielder Stuart Holden faces another six months on the sidelines with a knee problem.

To add to his woes, on-loan Gael Kakuta is ineligible as he cannot face his parent club, David Wheater and Ivan Klasnic are suspended, and goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen is doubtful with a leg knock.

For Chelsea, striker Fernando Torres is suspended after he was sent off in the victory over Swansea.

Frank Lampard could keep his place in the starting line-up after he was recalled for the midweek trip to Valencia and scored in the 1-1 draw.

Striker Daniel Sturridge is fit after he missed Saturday's win over Swansea with a knee injury and also sat out the Valencia draw at Valencia.

Goalkeeping understudy Hilario is still a week or two away from recovering from a hip and back complaint, while Michael Essien (knee) is a long-term absentee.
Possible starting XIs:

Bolton: Jaaskelainen, Boyata, Knight, Cahill, Robinson, Pratley, Reo-Coker, Muamba, Petrov, Davies, Tuncay.

Chelsea: Cech, Bosingwa, Luiz, Terry, Cole, Ramires, Lampard, Mikel, Mata, Drogba, Anelka.

City back on track as United stay top

Manchester City put a turbulent week behind them with a 4-0 victory at Blackburn on Saturday as Premier League leaders Manchester United rode their luck in a 2-0 win over Norwich.

City, who suspended Carlos Tevez following his refusal to come off the bench in the Champions League defeat at Bayern Munich, bounced back in style with goals from Adam Johnson, Mario Balotelli, Samir Nasri and Stefan Savic.

The win left City level with United on 19 points after seven games, with the two Manchester rivals four points clear of Newcastle in third place.

However the defeat piled the pressure on Rovers boss Steve Kean, with Blackburn fans unfurling a "Kean Out" banner as the Indian-owned club crashed to their fifth defeat of the season.

At Old Trafford, leaders United needed late goals from Anderson and Danny Welbeck to secure all three points against the Canaries.

However it was a far from convincing display by Sir Alex Ferguson's side, whose defence had been exposed during a 3-3 draw with FC Basel in midweek.

Norwich were left ruing a costly miss by Anthony Pilkington in the second half, the midfielder missing a one-on-one chance with Anders Lindegaard shortly before Anderson's 68th-minute strike lifted United.

Welbeck added the second on 87 minutes to secure the win and maintain United's grip on top spot.

"They set out to defend and made it difficult," Ferguson said.

"Even though they hit long balls to the big lad up front they had chances. Once we cleaned up our game in the second half we were better."

In Saturday's early kick-off, Liverpool downed 10-man Everton 2-0 after another stormy edition of the Merseyside derby at Goodison Park.

Second-half goals from £35 million striker Andy Carroll and Uruguayan international Luis Suarez sealed the points for Kenny Dalglish's men after Everton midfielder Jack Rodwell was controversially sent off.

Dalglish later admitted the sending off of Rodwell for a robust challenge on Suarez in the 23rd minute had swung the game in Liverpool's favour.

"I think until they lost a man it was even," Dalglish told Sky Sports. "I didn't think there was much between the teams. Obviously sometimes the numerical advantage works in your favour, sometimes it doesn't.

Everton manager David Moyes was dismayed at Rodwell's dismissal after replays showed he had won the ball cleanly.

"I'd have been disappointed if the referee had given a free-kick for that," Moyes said. "But at the end of the day it wasn't the referee that lost us the game. It was ourselves because we made a couple of defensive laspes."

In other games Saturday, Aston Villa downed Wigan 2-0 at Villa Park with the strikeforce of Gabriel Agbonlahor and Darren Bent getting the goals.

Agbonlahor broke the deadlock on 36 minutes, rifling in his fourth goal of the season after a superb pass from Scottish international Barry Bannan.

Bent effectively sealed the points for Villa in the second half, volleying in from Agbonlahor's pass on 62 minutes.

Sunderland and West Bromwich Albion battled to a 2-2 draw in a topsy-turvy game at the Stadium of Light.

A disastrous opening spell for Sunderland saw West Brom go 2-0 up after only five minutes, with Shane Long and James Morrison taking advantage of slack defending by the struggling home side.

Yet Sunderland had cancelled out West Brom's whirlwind start by the 26th minute after goals from striker Nicklas Bendtner and striker Ahmed Elmohamady hauled them back into the contest.

"It was incredible. An awful start but there was spirit and togetherness there to drag us back into the game," relieved Sunderland boss Steve Bruce said.

Newcastle maintained their strong start to the season with a 2-1 win over Wolves at Molineux which left Alan Pardew's Magpies in third place.

In-form Newcastle striker Demba Ba struck his fourth goal in two matches to put the visitors ahead on 17 minutes, before Jonas Gutierrez added a second in the 38th minute.

Steven Fletcher pulled a goal back for Wolves on 88 minutes in a furious late onslaught and there was controversy as Mick McCarthy's men had what looked like a legitimate Kevin Doyle goal disallowed and a penalty appeal turned down.

McCarthy described both decisions as "poor" but insisted: "We blame ourselves first and foremost."

Sunday's games see Chelsea travel to Bolton, while Tottenham face Arsenal in the north London derby.

Fulham face QPR in a west London derby while Swansea host in-form Stoke.

Hoang Anh Gia Lai chairman claims ready to withdraw from V-League

Chairman of Hoang Anh Gia Lai football team Doan Nguyen Duc said he is ready to withdraw from the topflight V-League if the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) does not take actions to improve the tournament.

Chairman of Hoang Anh Gia Lai football team Doan Nguyen Duc

Duc made the statement at a conference of chairmen in Hanoi on September 29 whose clubs will compete in the V-League 2012 season. The meeting focused on discussing the weaknesses hounding Vietnamese football and the selection of head of the organising board for V-League following Head of the board Duong Nghiep Khoi resignation.

Chairman Duc decried the series of problems besetting the VFF, saying that, “I and other football team leaders have come here not to listen to the VFF, raise ours hands to vote and then go home. What we want is not just a change in the head of the organising board, but an improvement in the federation’s operation model. It is normal to restructure an enterprise, and the same can be said for the VFF.”

The quality of the V-League has been on the decline and this is the right time for VFF to seriously look at its shortcomings which have their roots as far back as five years ago, but have not yet been settled, he added.

“I think V-League head Duong Nghiep Khoi does not lack the necessary skills but the VFF’s current operational mechanism means he won’t get any better,” Duc noted.

He shared that, “I’ve been involved in football for a decade, and I’ve never wanted to give it up. However, if VFF doesn’t reform, I’ll withdraw from the V-League immediately. Later, I’ll invest in young players to create a firm foundation for the national team.”

According to Duc, weak refereeing, organisational problems and disciplinary issues are the main reasons for the bad quality of V-League.

“I could buy English giants Arsenal, therefore, there’s no reason why I couldn’t help domestic football. Nevertheless, the VFF has to acknowledge its shortcomings,” the chairman emphasised.

Earlier, Hanoi ACB Chairman Nguyen Duc Kien proposed establishing a break-away Super Liga due to his frustration with the V-League. The Super Liga could comprise of six to seven clubs and offer a ‘fairer’ football environment according to its proponents. Chairman Duc also supported the recommendation.

Clubs are expecting a major shift in the VFF’s operations and the threat of a potential Super Liga may well be a tactic to express their desire for a clean-up of the murky world of match fixing and bribery that dogs Vietnamese football.

VFF accepts rebel chairmen football reform proposal

The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) has accepted a proposal by football club chairmen to establish a Vietnam Professional Football Company (VPF).

VFF Vice Chairman Le Hung Dung said the VPF project was feasible

In an interview with DTiNews, Vice Chairman of the VFF Le Hung Dung, said the establishment of the company would mark a turning point in Vietnamese football, helping reduce shortcomings in the organisation of the top-flight V-League.

Is it pressure from the clubs that has led to the VFF approving the establishment of the company?

As leader of the VFF, I can say now that it was not about the club chairmen, but everything to do with the future of the country’s football. VFF Deputy Chairman Pham Ngoc Vien had proposed reforms previously, but they remained too theoretical.

I think the VPF project recommended by Hanoi ACB Chairman Nguyen Duc Kien and other club chairmen is feasible. I am grateful for their initiative. If the project is implemented quickly, I believe the 2012 V-League season will be successful.

Do you think that the existence of the VPF will reduce the VFF’s influence?

I think that the company will not affect VFF’s role. Indeed, it will help VFF to organise the V-League on a better footing. This also offers favourable conditions for the VFF to focus on finding and developing players for the national squad.

Based on the chairmen’s proposal, The VFF will hold 35.5% of VPF’s charter capital with the remainder held by the 14 V-League clubs. The VFF will have to discuss league issues with the clubs, and no longer have the right to decide things by itself.

Can the establishment of the VPF be considered a breakthrough for Vietnamese football?

If all commitments between VFF and the team chairmen are implemented correctly, the VPF will be a great turning point for domestic football. The company will help to deal with serious problems which have led to public outrage, such as poor refereeing and accusations of bias. The company may face a few teething difficulties, but it sure to make a difference in the long term.

Do you think that the proposed salary of VND30-50 million (USD1,442-USD2,403) per month for a referee will help deal with potential match fixing?

Improving the income of referees is vital, so that they can fully devote themselves to their work. I’m strongly in favour of the proposal.

Referee salaries will be between VND30-50 million a month, depending on their capacity and prestige. I think that the new levels of pay should help mitigate some of the problems.

Prior to the annual VFF season review meeting, club chairmen issued a manifesto calling for widespread reform of Vietnam’s top V-League. Six chairmen Nguyen Duc Kien of Hanoi ACB, Doan Nguyen Duc of Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Vo Quoc Thang of Dong Tam Long An, Le Tien Anh of Khataco Khanh Hoa, Hoang Manh Truong of Vissai Ninh Binh and Nguyen Van De of Thanh Hoa proposed the formation of a Vietnam Professional Football Company.

The company will have a charter capital of over VND22.8 billion (USD1.1 million), of which VFF will contribute to 35.5% of the total and the rest held by 14 football team. Each team will contribute VND1 billion.

VFF said it will work with the chairmen on the development of the VPF project early next week. The company should be established prior to the VFF’s annual general meeting.

Villa end Wigan hoodoo Aston Villa 2 - 0 Wigan

Aston Villa claimed their second win of the season and remain unbeaten as they finally defeated Wigan at Villa Park. Gabby Agbonlahor opened the scoring before providing the second for Darren Bent to seal the points in a comfortable 2-0 win.

Draw specialists Villa finally turned one point into three as they recorded their first Premier League victory over Wigan at home and only their second win in 13 games against the Latics.

Villa were ahead at the break thanks to Agbonlahor's dynamite strike.

Barry Bannan's delightful long ball found the run of the striker and he cut inside Gary Caldwell and then outside, before lashing his explosive right-foot effort past the helpless Ali Al Habsi into the roof of the net for his fourth of the season.

The visitors thought they should have been awarded a penalty midway through the second half when Franco Di Santo claimed he had been felled by Alan Hutton's clumsy challenge but referee Mark Clattenburg waved away appeals.

And Villa soon doubled their lead when Agbonlahor showed tremendous pace to race away from James McArthur and Emmerson Boyce before his low cross found Bent hanging at the back post to slot the ball home for his first goal in four games.
Threaten

Villa were the first to threaten with Agbonlahor making a powerful run but his eventual shot was deflected into the hands of Al Habsi.

A deep ball into the Wigan box from Villa skipper Stiliyan Petrov was headed by Bent into the path of the lively Agbonlahor but he was unable to keep his shot down.

Bent seized on a mistake by Mohamed Diame and teed up Stephen Ireland whose shot was deflected wide in a promising start by the home side.

Wigan skipper Gary Caldwell became the first player to be booked after 19 minutes after appearing to catch Agbonlahor with an elbow.

Bent connected with the resulting free-kick from Bannan but he could not keep his header down.

Bent was looking sharp and it needed a fine save from Al Habsi to keep Villa on level terms.

Bannan's pass over the Wigan defence was chested down by Bent, but Al Habsi blocked his powerful close-range volley.

Good play by Agbonlahor allowed Ireland a free run at the Wigan area but he scooped his shot over the bar.

It came as no surprise when the impressive Agbonlahor put Villa ahead after 36 minutes.

Warnock won possession and found Bannan whose ball over the top was seized on by Agbonlahor. He turned inside Caldwell before lashing a powerful shot past Al Habsi from 15 yards.

Wigan tried to retaliate and a mistake by Fabian Delph almost gifted them an equaliser. Victor Moses was able to free Di Santo whose low cross-shot flashed inches wide of the far post.

Same vein

Agbonlahor began the second half in the same vein as the first and almost doubled Villa's lead within 60 seconds.

A mazy run took Agbonlahor past Boyce, Watson and James McCarthy and his curling shot beat the dive of Al Habsi but flew inches wide.

Villa were in command and it needed a desperate block from Caldwell to keep out Bent's low shot after Delph had created the opening.

Wigan had claims for a penalty rejected after a challenge by Alan Hutton on Di Santo.

But Villa were soon back on the offensive and Al Habsi produced another excellent save to keep out Bannan's curling 20-yard drive at full stretch.

Agbonlahor was a constant menace and after 62 minutes he created the second goal for Bent.

He made a 50-yard run down the left flank before sending over an inviting centre which Bent side-footed past Al Habsi into the corner of the net.

Al Habsi made another excellent save to fingertip Petrov's fierce drive around the post.

Villa keeper Shay Given was called into meaningful action for the first time in making a double save to deny substitute Shaun Maloney and Di Santo.
